           OK i have had people say to me over the year the coupon are for things i don't need!! Or they say there is not many food one and like i don't need that many thing.

          Now we need to change the way we think. we need to think about the future this is called stock piling. Now if your on a tight budget this helps out a lot.

         OK here we go this is the way i started, i got my first Sunday paper made out my list of thing i need to get like meat,cereal,bread,drinks like milk,juice's and also cleaning stuff and TP, toothpaste,shampoos,soaps than i would look at how much i had to spend on food and the other stuff. After that i would look at the sale ad's to see who had the best sale.But for me i love Kroger's but sometime the sales are not that grate so wal-mart it is. they can comp other ad's and save. OK now i would look at the coupons that are in the Sunday paper and match them with the sales and the thing i need now some time it is just cleaning coupons that is ok we need the other stuff too. so we match the coupon with what is on sale sometime we can get stuff like toothpaste for .25 so this is where your savings begin if your budget lets you. You buy 5 this is going to start your stock pile. Now you don't have to buy toothpaste for like 2 or 3 mouths and the money you would use to buy that toothpaste you can use on food!!! Also the change of thinking is the brand you may love is not on sale so now you have to go with something else the one that is on sale. this is now you save!!!

      But i would like to help you with this you give me a  list of things you need and i would try to fine the sale and the coupons for you by leaving me your list or e-mail me the list and i would e-mail your back the coupons you need. Because i know how hard it can be when you work and have kids.
